Android Auto is now available on all Lucid Air vehicles with latest update

Lucid Air vehicles are finally getting support for Android Auto via their latest software update, available starting today.

Support for Android Auto has been a long time coming for Lucid Air. CarPlay support became standard on the company’s EVs back in 2023, but Android users were ignored at the time. Finally, that’s changing as Android Auto is now available to all Lucid Air vehicles through an over-the-air update.

Android Auto in Lucid Air vehicles will be available in both wired and wireless forms through the “Glass Cockpit” display. Lucid Gravity owners will also be getting Android Auto support “soon.” Support arrives via the Lucid OS 2.7.0 update.

We spotted signs of Android Auto support coming for Lucid vehicles earlier this year.

Lucid shared the following press release with 9to5Google regarding the update.
